Dear Ministry of Defence,

We have purchased a vehicle released from MOD service, which was not supplied with the appropriate 654 release/cast paperwork, as such we are unable to register the vehicle for use.

Can you please help in providing a copy of this document, I am more than happy to cover any admin costs incurred.
