Please find in the attached spreadsheet the information that you have
requested.

We wish to highlight that approximately 80,000 households receive three
collections a week, totalling around 240,000 collections a week. The July
2019 peak of 346 represents 0.14% missed.  

If you have any further questions or concerns regarding this request

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with our response to your request for information, we
have an internal review process . The internal review will be carried out
by our Monitoring Officer who will assess how your request was handled.
