Missed Statemented secondary transfer deadlines
Dear Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council,
Please send me the number of Statemented SEN children who were in Y6 in February 2012 and for whom the secondary transfer amendment deadline of 15th February was missed i.e. the secondary school wasn't named by February 2012 and/ or the Statement wasn't amended and finalised by that deadline.
If it will not broach the hours limit, please also do so for 2011 and 2010.
Yours faithfully,
R Holt

Dear FOI Officer,
Thank you for the response, and for the swiftness of your reply.
Please also thank the relevant department on my behalf for providing the accurate information this time, as opposed to telling me that there was only one case in 2012 (like they told the Local Government Ombudsman investigator in December).
Yours sincerely,
