Dear Data Protection,
I have noted your response, although you haven't included the reply within the correct FOI stream.
My question was "1). How many bin collections were reported as missed in November &
December 2017..?"
I have noted your answer is expressed as a percentage, but I would like this information in a numerical format as with the previous FOI request.

Yours sincerely,

November 2017 - 97940 scheduled for collection – 1157 missed bins – 0.14% missed bins
December 2017 – 97940 scheduled for collection – 933 missed bins - 0.11% missed bins

These percentages are wrong, it is surely over 1% in November, and just under 1% in December. Still quite a lot. And how much does it cost to send the lorries round again to empty them?
