Missed Covid vaccine appointment statistics for Scottish health boards
Hello,
I am a journalist for JPI Media and am writing a story about missed coronavirus vaccine appointments in Scotland.
I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information about Covid vaccine appointments in your health board area.
Please may you provide me with:
a) How many vaccine appointments were booked in your area between December 2020 and May 2021, broken down by month?
b) Of these, how many appointments did patients fail to attend, also broken down by month?
c) For answer b) please specify how many missed appointments were for second doses.
Please provide the data in a spreadsheet format.
If it is not possible to provide the information requested due to the information exceeding the cost of compliance limits identified in Section 12, please provide advice and assistance, under the Section 16 obligations of the Act, as to how I can refine my request.
