Miss use of restricted donation
Dear Charity Commission for England and Wales,
In 2002 an event was held and funds were raised for a crematorium project in and for Leicester, and held as restricted funds for the project by Bhaarat Welfare Trust Charity number 1077821.
Bhaarat Welfare Trust has given a statement that with permission from the charity commission they were granted, they donated those funds to another cause in India.
We would like sight of Bhaarat Welfare Trust's request letter and your subsequent authorisation.
Yours faithfully,
Vinod Popat (for and behalf of Shantidham)
