John Paffvett made this Freedom of Information request to Crown Prosecution Service

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

The request was partially successful.

Dear Crown Prosecution Service,

I would be gratful if you would be kind enough to furnish me with information with regards to Reporting, Investigation and charging procedures of Misconduct in Public Office.

It appears that Judges/Social Services are above the law according to local police concerning a vulnerable tetraplegic adult with life threatening conditions.

Is this the darl ages, I ask.

Regards.

Yours faithfully,

John Paffvett
