Dear Cambridgeshire Constabulary,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Cambridgeshire Constabulary's handling of my FOI request 'Misconduct hearing outcome PC Aiden McKay - indecent images of children'.

You refused my request:

'Section 40(2) – Personal Information'

All I asked for was a document that you have published in a different form. I don't see how Section 40(2) can apply. If Section 40(2) was relevant you would not have published the information in the first place. You have failed to convince me that you have solid grounds for refusing my request.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/m...

Yours faithfully,

J Roberts
