How many cases of misconduct have there been by trade union reps since the
2022 financial year?

What is your policy in dealing with misconduct by trade union reps?

Is the data you are supplying for all misconduct cases or those which are
formerly recorded?

the Trust does not hold the information or there is a reason for it to be

We do not hold records of any misconduct cases involving Trade Union reps.

Should any issues arise against Trade Union reps they are treated in the same way as any other employee, but the Trust will discuss the matter with the relevant JNC member of the relevant Trade Union or a Trade Union official, after seeking to obtain the employee's consent to do so. This is stipulated in our disciplinary policy.
