Dear FoI Corporate Services,

Thank you for your response, please can you check the figure for Adult Social Care is correct. There has been significant press about the high costs for Adult Social Care and I am concerned that this figure may be unduly underrepresented. Please confirm if the attributable figure to this section includes the amounts that are covered by a Charging Order on a persons property to pay for their care upon death and their hime being sold.

Dear Curnow, Cathy,

Thank-you for your further attempt at supplying information I asked however you have failed to address how much of this is subject to charges placed on a person's property. Please address this issue and advise additionally how much debt is currently subject to court action and how much subject to collection agent/bailiff action/external collection debt services.

My original request sought an aged debt response and though you have provided 28 days and how much outstanding from each year you have failed to provide a aged debt response, I'm happy for you to supply industry standard age debt triggers or what ever system your authority uses providing it is clearly annotated on report. Please provide. How much debt has the authority also written off as uneconomical to pursue for years detailed.

Thank you

Yours sincerely,

Paul Gulley

Dear Dean, Paul,

Mr Dean - Please review this again. Ms Curnow failed to address the issue of providing an aged debt report as reported in my email of 17 Janaury 2019 to her which elicited an "out of office message" from her that same day advising she was not back in the office until 21 Jan 2019.

I will to facilitate yours statistics submit a new FOI for the other issue though question why Ms Curnow did not advise of the new one when she had reviewed my email nor when I asked for an internal review on 12 February 2019 and again on 12 March 2019 which I note has no apology for being delayed.

Yours sincerely,

Paul Gulley
