Dear Ainsty (2008) Internal Drainage Board,
[Extraneous material removed].The brick culvert located across the railway and situated beside the railway that forms the public road to Wilstrop Hall, is collapsing and the surrounding brickwork is falling into the brook/river. This culvert allows access for both heavy commercial and private vehicular movement, that facilitates access to a number of residences, and agricultural land. Additionally, if this culvert completely collapses whilst in use, it may well cause serious injury, your help in expediently rectifying this potentially serious issue is appreciated.
Fred Dawson (Mr)
Dear Mr Dawson
This road which could be impacted on by the culvert condition does not appear to be an Ainsty (2008) Drainage Board asset. If it is a public road it would be the responsibility of the Highways Authority if it is not it will be in private ownership. At the current time the flow in the watercourse is not being hindered by the structure.
