Further to your request for the minutes of the last 2 Parking Partnership
Board Meetings, I attach the minutes of the meeting that took place on 10
December 2015.
The minutes of the meeting that took place in July 2016 have not yet been
approved and this will not take place until the next Board meeting is
held. At present there is no date set in 2017 for a further meeting but it
is likely to be arranged in the first quarter.

Further to my previous email regarding the FOI requests I can now provide
you with the following updates:
FOI Request - NCC-023456-16 re Agenda Item relating to NSL update at Dec
15 - Parking Partnership Board Meeting
Nottinghamshire County Council does not hold the update presentation given
by NSL at the meeting so are not in a position to release this
information. The update was presented by the company at the meeting but no
one attending from the County Council retained this paperwork.
FOI Request - NCC-023377-16 re Minutes of the July 16 - Parking
Partnership Board Meeting
The minutes currently exist only as brief notes and would therefore be
meaningless to a reader in their current format. I understand the next
board meeting is likely to be scheduled in March 2017 and the full minutes
will be prepared prior to this meeting.

Hi Peter, looking at the set of minutes provided, it possibly looks like they have retyped these especially just for this request & not providing them as in the same document as they have.
I'd suggest asking them clearly to provide an exact copy of the minutes document but taking care to redact certain informarion... Hopefully this will then mean that they send a photocopy for example with redacted bits on
