Minutes of PIP Management Meetings

The request was successful.

Dear Richmond upon Thames Borough Council,

Could you please supply copy of minutes of ALL Partnership-In-Parking Management meetings (as opposed to Board Meetings) whether attended by LB R-U-T Officers/Councillors or not, since 2007.

To avoid any confusion, these would have been prepared by Peter Fenton, the current PIP officer at Westminster City Council and would have been forwarded to all member local authorities.

Yours faithfully,

Warren Djanogly

Dear Mr Djanogly

Regarding your recent FOI request which you will recall was:

Could you please supply copy of minutes of ALL Partnership-In-Parking
Management meetings (as opposed to Board Meetings) whether attended by LB
R-U-T Officers/Councillors or not, since 2007. To avoid any confusion,
these would have been prepared by Peter Fenton, the current PIP officer at
Westminster City Council and would have been forwarded to all member local
authorities.

I have cut and pasted below the email response from Terry Powell, Head of
Parking Services. These are the only Minutes Richmond hold and these do
not go back to 2007. The minutes have been considered by Westminster
Council and they do not consider any exemptions as applying. I would
suggest you contact Westminster direct should you seek earlier minutes
than Richmond holds.
