Thank you for your further correspondence which the Greater London
Authority (GLA) received on 26 February 2020. 
 
You have expressed dissatisfaction with our failure to respond to your
request within 20 working days. I am now responding to you under the GLA's
internal review procedure.
 
Your request was received on 28 Januay 2020. The deadline to respond to
your request was 25 February 2020. The GLA responded to your request on 28
February 2020 which was 3 days over our deadline to respond. I therefore
uphold your complaint that the GLA failed to respond to your request under
the time frame of 20 working days as set out under section 10 of the Act.
 
I would like to apologise for the delay in responding to you and for any
inconvenience this may have caused. 
 
I hope this review has helped to address your concerns. 
 
If you remain dissatisfied you may take your complaint to the Information
