Minutes of Governors' meetings
Dear JFS,
Please can you send me a copy of all Governors' meetings since my last request on 11 Jun 2019 (https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/m...) . Please ensure that any minutes that have become available since that date are supplied, even if the meetings were before then.
Yours faithfully,
David Roberts

Dear Mr Roberts
Thank you for your email which I write to acknowledge.
We will, of course, do our best to complete this within the statutory
timeframe. However, given the implications of coronavirus we may not have
the resources available to produce them in the usual timeframe.
Whilst I recognise that the minutes are a matter of public record and can
be subject to requests such as yours, you will appreciate that
considerable time is required to compile and review all the paperwork. In
the extreme circumstances we are in, I do wonder whether you would
consider withdrawing your request for this year.
Should you wish to discuss this request further, offline from ‘what do
they know’, I am happy to do so. ([email address])
Kind regards
Simon Appleman
Deputy Headteacher
