Dear Southwark Council,

Thank you for your response directing me to the minutes and reports of items 12 and 13, the open items on the agenda of the 20 Oct 2009 Executive meeting.
My request, though, was for the closed items 16 and 17 and any related reports.
The minute for item 16 says 'The closed information in respect of this item was considered'.
The minute for item 17 says ' The closed information in respect of this item was considered'.
My request is for the closed information referred to in the minutes for these two items.

Yours sincerely,

Jerry Flynn
