I am writing to formally acknowledge your request for information
regarding Minutes of any meetings which will be processed under the
Freedom of Information Act 2000. I can confirm your request was received
on 16 August 2020 by NEL on behalf of the Clinical Commissioning Groups
(CCGs) listed below. The references for your requests are shown alongside.

An initial investigation is currently taking place into whether the
information you have requested is held by the CCGs and if so, whether it
can be released in accordance with the legislation.

We write further to your request with the above reference number. In order
for the CCG to identify and locate the information requested we reasonably
require clarification from you on the scope of your request. The Freedom
of Information Act 2000, Section 16 stipulates a duty for a public
authority to provide advice and assistance when they receive an unclear or
ambiguous request. Please provide clarification to the points below:

Primary Care and Recovery Team

Urgent Care Pathway

Crisis Pathway

Mental Health Crisis Service

Can you please clarify a time frame for the above?  Can you be more
concise about the sort of information you require?  For example, do you
mean CCG internal or external meetings or only those relating to Covid-19.

b-      Please supply the Community Mental Health Team, Primary Care and
Recovery Team and Out of Hours Mental health services commission and
services standard expected to be met.

This question is unclear.  Please can you describe a little more fully
what you require?
