The reply I received from you was very unspecific.
"As a school we usually advertise for leadership positions nationally on TES website. Our panels are made up of the Executive Headteacher, and at least 2 Governors. Where appropriate, the Head of Primary from the Royal Borough of Greenwich is also on the panel. "
Senior Leaders would be the upper tier of management. This would include - but are not exclusive to - roles such as Executive Headteacher, Headteacher, Head of School, Deputy Headteacher, Assistant Headteacher, Bursar, School Business Manager, and Inclusion Manager, and any others with similar responsibilities and salaries.
What such roles have been recruited in the two schools of the Conatus Federation in the last two academic years?
The FOI asked for dates of advertisements for such posts. None were supplied. And despite searches online no evidence can be found of any. When and where were they advertised?
Did the selection process include interviews?
Which senior leaders and governors were involved in shortlisting and interviewing for which positions?
That should clarify my enquiry.

Further to your email of the 7th of November, we are writing to provide some clarity on the questions which you asked in response to our initial disclosure of information. For clarity, we have responded in a Q&A format.
Q. What such roles (senior leaders) have been recruited in the two schools of the Conatus Federation in the last two academic years?
A. We have recruited 1x Head of School and 3 AHTs
Q. The FOI asked for dates of advertisements for such posts. None were supplied. And despite searches online no evidence can be found of any. When and where were they advertised?
A. The roles were not advertised. Therefore, no further information can be provided.
Q. Which senior leaders and governors were involved in shortlisting and interviewing for which positions? EG comment: If there were any senior leaders recruited in the last two academic years, would you be able to confirm who (by job role) was involved in shortlisting and interviewing for each position?
A. The executive leader, the Head of School, the chair of Governors were involved and party to this process.
We have now completed our search for information and believe that we have sufficiently answered your questions. We therefore now consider this request to have concluded.
