Minutes from meeting with TBGS and GLA

Buckinghamshire Council did not have the information requested.

Dear Buckinghamshire Council,
I understand that the council administer the secondary school transfer test on behalf of TBGS, a consortium of the county's 13 grammar schools and that TBGS, the test provider GLA and the Council held a meeting on 13 Sept 2019 in connection with that service. I would like to request a copy of the minutes of that meeting.

The Information Commissioner's position is that information is held for FOIA purposes if it is held by the public authority to any extent for its own purposes. For the avoidance of any doubt, I am making my request to the Buckinghamshire Council for copies of those minutes it holds in connection with its function as a provider of administrative support for the test so please do not refer me to TBGS.
