Oxfordshire County Council holds the minutes from the HFU rematching cell meeting discussing/mentioning the positions of Homes for Ukraine Rematching Support Officer, Homes for Ukraine Rematching Officer and Homes for Ukraine Senior Rematching Officer.
I recommend you redirect your enquiry to Oxfordshire County Council by email to [email address], as I believe they will be better placed to answer your request.

Please see copies of communication provided by internal communications department that include “rematching officer”. They all relate to Connected Council and the members’ update.
Please note that this correspondence, and all related documents, has been redacted to remove all personal details of individuals involved, including both Council employees and third party contractors, as required by the exemption under s40 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, in order to protect personal data from disclosure in line with legislation set out in the UK GDPR.
If you wish to be provided with copies of all internal communications within the Council ,which include discussions related to the topic through the entire Council database ,we would advise that you refine the request ,set timeframe and provide some key phrases against which searches can be performed by IT department. A broad search through the entire database will most possibly take over 18 hours -a limit defined for collating information for a freedom of information request.
If you disagree with any part of the response to your request, you are entitled to ask the Council for an internal review of the decision(s) made.
