Dear Northern Health and Social Care Trust (Northern Ireland),
I am requesting information as per the following; for the month of June 2010;
1- attendances at the Minor Injury Unit
2- the waiting times broken down , under 4 hours / 4 to 12 hours / 12 hours plus
3- referral to Minor injury broken down into; self referral / referral from major A / referral from Major B / ambulance

I refer to your Freedom of Information request regarding Minor Injury Unit attendances, waiting times and referrals.
In order to process your request I require your clarification on the following.
Which Minor Injury Unit are you referring to, Whiteabbey or Mid-Ulster.
Can you please clarify what you mean by referrals from "Major A" and "Major B".
