Mineral and Manorial Rights of the NDA.
Dear Nuclear Decommissioning Authority,
Please publish information relating to any Mineral Rights (as defined by The Land Registration Act 2002) owned or managed by The Nuclear Decommissioning Authority including by any subsidiary of the same and information relating to any Manorial Rights owned or managed by The Nuclear Decommissioning Authority including any subsidiary of the same, to include the specific land management contractual clauses, Registered Covenants, and easements.
Please publish any Policy and other information held about how such Mineral Rights and Manorial Rights (including Covenants and easements and other contracts about such mineral rights) will effect the selection of a site for a Geological Disposal Facility and the subsequent (subject to development consent) construction or pre-construction borehole investigations.

I'm not sure what you are requesting and require clarification in order to assist you further.
If you are asking NDA to publish information about all the land and mineral rights etc that we own, this is not a valid request under Environmental Information Regulations or the Freedom of Information Act. You can find information re. land ownership on the Land Registry website. There is also information re. the sites the NDA own on our website -
