Milton Pavements Business Case (exempt appendices)

The request was partially successful.

Dear Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council,

On 4th November 2019 Wirral Council's Cabinet met. This request is for pages 91-120 of the Private Document Pack for this public meeting (agenda item 9 (Milton Pavements Business Case - Exempt Appendices).

Due to the nature of what is in these appendices, I consider this to be a request for "environmental information" under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 and with regards to regulation 6 (1) of the Environmental Information Regulations 2004, I am requesting that the information be supplied in an electronic format such as a PDF file.

I remind you of your duty under regulation 9(1) to provide advice and assistance to those who make EIR requests.

Yours faithfully,

John Brace
