Mill Road Tesco Licence Application

Richard Taylor made this Freedom of Information request to Cambridge City Council

This request has been closed to new correspondence. Contact us if you think it should be reopened.

The request was refused by Cambridge City Council.

On Monday 17 August 2009 Cambridge City Council's Licensing Subcommittee is to consider an Application for a New Premises Licence by Tesco Stores Ltd at 163-167 Mill Road, Cambridge.

The council have published the officers' report online*, but without the appendices.

Could you please send me a PDF copy of appendices A and B:

1. Appendix A, the application and plan.
2. Appendix B, the representation from the police.

I am not seeking the release of Appendix C, the representations from interested parties, unless it is already held by the council in PDF format and can be trivially supplied to me.

I would like to suggest that these documents be added to the online copy of the agenda.
