Migrants
Dear Home Office,
The Home Office works with a number of private companies who contracted to undertake work that might involve personal data. You state here (https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/7...) that you commissioned a number of campaigns and websites December 2020 – April 2021 for £48,208 including from SeeFar who run Migrants on the Move. Given the concerns raised over the data compliance and legality of treatment of personal data by this website (https://twitter.com/GeorgeChiesa/status/...) - did the Home Office ensure all websites being run on its behalf or otherwise funded by these campaigns were compliant? Can the Home Office confirm this particular campaign was compliant with UK and European law?
Thank you for your help
Yours faithfully,
Dr Emma L Briant
