Thank you for your email. Our midwifery team is not familiar with the term
“red flag events”. Would you confirm please what you would define these as
and what you would like included as "red flag events"?

 

This is likely to relate to Maternity Incidents, but each unit uses
different triggers - so you may want, for example, the data on specific
incident categories.

 

Please note that I will keep your request on hold for 20 working days
pending receipt of clarification of the request. If I do not hear from you
before this, the request will be closed.
