Midwife led units
Dear Airedale NHS Foundation Trust,
If the Trust does not manage any Midwife Led Units, please advise me of this and disregard the remaining questions. If the Trust does manage Midwife Led Units, I would be grateful for answers to the following questions:
1) The names of the Midwife Led Units run by the Trust, their locations and whether they are alongside or freestanding.
2) During the calendar year 2022 whether the unit(s) were closed for any length of time, and the times and dates of any closures.
3) If any closures occurred a copy of the risk assessment that was done for each closure.
