The request was successful.

Dear Department of Education (Northern Ireland),

I write with regard to the Middletown Centre for Autism in Armagh.

Please advise how many children in total (including their ages) have been provided 1:1 intervention services by staff associated with the centre for the past calendar year to today's date.

Please advise how many of these children live in Northern Ireland and how many live in the Republic of Ireland. If they live in Northern Ireland please indicate the Trust/ELB area in which these children live.

Please advise what the referral process is, to avail of the said intervention provided by the Centre. Please advise if it is publicly advertised how the referral process for 1:1 intervention is accessed. Please advise who must be involved in the referral process, eg Educational/clinical psychologists, schools, parental referral, GP, CAMHS etc.

Please advise of the average cost per child to provide direct intervention from staff associated with the Centre.

Please advise of the length of time (in hours) provided to each of the children and where the intervention took place (home/school/Middletown Centre/other agency locations)

Please advise if any adults (over the age of 18) have availed of 1:1 intervention from staff associated with the Centre.

If you cannot answer these questions, please advise the reason why and direct me to who can.

Yours faithfully,

D Hoggs
