• What are the contractual performance KPI's for this contract?
• Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages
• Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the start of the contract to the current date
• Start date & duration of framework/contract?
• Could you please provide a copy of the service/product specification given to all bidders for when this contract was last advertised?
• Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension?
• Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?
• Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?

Information Act 2000.
I am writing back in relation to your request for information, dated 30
may 2024 in relation to Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Services
Information requested
Please find the response to your request including the attached documents.
• What are the contractual performance KPI's for this contract?

• Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were
successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages? Information is

• Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the
start of the contract to the current date? We have withheld this
information under section 43(2) of the FOI Act since this information is
commercially sensitive.
• Start date & duration of framework/contract? 28^th October 2019. 3 Years
with 2x12-month extensions.
• Could you please provide a copy of the service/product specification
given to all bidders for when this contract was last advertised? Attached.
Please note that some of the content is not relevant as other
non-Mechanical and Electrical services are included in the tender.
• Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so,
the duration of the extension? 2x12-month extensions

Appeal / Complaints Process
