Please see our responses to your questions below (FOI 15/335 and FOI

Q1. Do you have a contract with an external training supplier to  provide

A The Agency are required to go through Civil Service Learning (CSL) to
engage any external training contractor. We do not engage with them
directly.
Q2. If you have a contract, does that contract expire?
A Only CSL would have that information
Q3. Which training supplier(s) do you currently use?
A Answer as per question 1
Q4. Which version of Microsoft Office is used at your organisation?
A Office 2010 
Q5. Are there any plans to upgrade to the next version of Microsoft

A No

A Approx. 1300

A CSL are our own trainers of Office 2010
