I write in connection with your request for information regarding the
total number of microchip scanners (used to scan animals) that are
currently in the possession of Dyfed-Powys Police.

 

Your request has been handled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000
and has now been considered.

 

Section 1 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) places two duties
on public authorities. Unless exemptions apply, the first duty at Section
1(1)(a) is to confirm or deny whether the information specified in a
request is held. The second duty at Section 1(1)(b) is to disclose
information that has been confirmed as being held.

 

I can confirm that there is information held/recorded by Dyfed-Powys
Police in relation to your request.

your request for information had been handled, you can request a review by
