Good afternoon,

Your Freedom of Information request of 22 April 2014 has been forwarded to
myself. A colleague has been in contact seeking clarification of the
original request and as a result able to provide the following
information, namely

Between 1 January 2010 and 2 June 2014:

60 microgeneration wind turbine applications were decided

30 were decided within 8 weeks

As far as I am aware we do not routinely record the end dates of the
public consultation periods.

We routinely write to properties adjacent to the application, as well as
putting up site notices.

Our system is set up to exclude the applicant from the list of consultees.

I hope that this information will be of assistance.
