Michael McMillan, Family Crime Investigation Unit

The request was refused by Merseyside Police.

Dear Merseyside Police,

BACKGROUND
https://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/news/liv...

REQUESTS
1. Provide a breakdown of how much you have paid out in damages and costs due to Mr McMillan's actions.
2.Provide all the text messages, emails etc. sent by McMillan to his victims. I am, of course, happy for you to redact any personal data of the victims/3rd parties. I want all his images sent with texts etc. included. This includes pictures of his body. Whilst this is personal data, this has to be considered in light of the fact that he took the image(s) and sent them as part of his police work. Clearly he seeks attention for his body. This is therefore lawful and fair.
3. Provide the IPCC/IOPC report into the affair.
4.Provide video interviews of his questioning. You can 'beep' out any names etc. of victims.

Yours faithfully,

Edward Williams

Dear Mr Williams,

Further to the Data Access Manager’s email of 27/09/18 acknowledging
receipt of your request for Merseyside Police to conduct an internal
review of your Freedom of Information, I confirm that I have completed my
review.

You requested: (summary) Michael McMillan, Family Crime Investigation

I have decided to uphold the original decision.

(c) states (if that would not otherwise be apparent) why the exemption
applies.

Reason for Decision: Please see attached response table following internal
review.

Complainant Rights:

Should you disagree with this decision you have a further right of appeal
