Waiting for an internal review by Insolvency Service of their handling of this request.

Dear Insolvency Service,

Michael Abram Goldstein /James Paul Shaw IP(s) Appointed Joint Trustees unfortunately their advertisement in the Gazette is not showing how they were appointed on the 13 October 2017

Please confirm if they are required to state in their notice under the insolvency rules how they were appointed as trustees in bankruptcy.

(1) Appointment by creditors' meeting

(2) Appointment by the court

(3) Appointment by the Secretary of State

Please also provide under which of the above rules they signed a statement(s)of acceptance of appointment(s) as joint trustee(s), required to certify the appointments.

Provide redacted copies of the statements and certificates given to the Insolvency Service Office and the name of the Official Receiver who received them.

Confirm whether they are authorised to act jointly or individually as trustees for each certified appointment.

I am writing to request an internal review of Insolvency Service's handling of my FOI request 'Michael Abram Goldstein /James Paul Shaw IP(s) Appointed Joint Trustees - Gazette not showing how they were appointed'.

There is no section of the law that prevents the Insolvency Service from releasing the information requested.

The Insolvency Service is the responsible body with the duty to ensure that the recognised bodies that regulate insolvency practitioners ensure they follow the law and when they do not you are responsible for holding them accountable.
