MHRA submissions of Vaccine ADRs to the WHO VigiBase surveillance database

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency,

Please provide copies of submissions of all vaccine ADR reports and figures to the World Health Organisation global ICSR database, VigiBase, which is maintained by the Uppsala Monitoring Centre.

Please provide each submission as made, with the date of submission and the relevant data lock associated with the dates of the ADR reports.

I would like the information provided by date of submission, from 2000 to present.

If this request will exceed the time limit, please restrict the request to vaccines given to adolescents between the ages of 10 and 19 ie HPV vaccines, Td/IPV teenage booster, meningitis and flu vaccines

Thank you

Yours faithfully,

Caron Ryalls
