MHCLG attempt to help the homeless in Westminster

The request was successful.

Sam from medConfidential

Dear Westminster City Council,

Under the Freedom of Information Act, can you please provide, relating to any 'data sharing agreement' received from MHCLG between June-September 2018, for what MHCLG describes as the "homelessness data linking project":

1) Whether the council signed this agreement;
2) Whether any data was shared under this agreement, and if so, b) how many people's data was shared;
3) Whether the agreement was subject to legal review inside the Council;
4) Whether the council asked to see the documents MHCLG was required to have published and had approved under the Code of Practice for the powers referred to in paragraph 5.1 "legal basis for data sharing". If MHCLG did share those legally required documents, please provide a copy.

Yours faithfully,

Sam Smith
