Dear John Hughes,
Many thanks for your response and the information provided.
As per my request, if the information is available on a monthly basis for the period covered I would appreciate these figures as well and not just the overall totals for the period covered as already provided.
Also I'd appreciate receiving the data for the three figures included as it is much easier than trying to figure out exactly what number corresponds to each bar.
Yours sincerely,
David Mery

Dear South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust's handling of my FOI request 'MHA s136'.
Please address the points that John Hughes was going to address 'shortly' two months ago.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/m...
Yours faithfully,
David Mery
Dear Applicant
Thank you for your emailed request. I do apologise for not having responded to your follow up queries relating to our initial response to your FOI request. Rather than initiate a review process I will action the clarification you requested and respond to you as soon as possible.
As I understand it, you wish us to provide this additional information 9with reference to our initial response:
Figure 1 Details of actual numbers of detainees per month as you cannot determine these from the bar chart format provided;
Figure 2 Age and gender broken down by month and by actual numbers rather than in a bar chart format
Figure 3 Ethnicity profile broken down by month and by actual numbers rather than in bar chart format
I hope to have this additional data with you shortly.
Kind regards
John Hughes

Dear Hughes, John,
Yes please. Thank you for your apology. It would be more useful in your FoI responses to say by when you estimate you'll be able to provide the requested data than just 'shortly'.
Yours sincerely,
David Mery
