Dear Mss Lewis & Kazeem,
Thank you for your response. Can you please clarify what represents Table 2, and provide an answer to the unanswered question (4).
I.e., is Table 2, the 'number of total admissions to Places of Safety', the monthly numbers of individuals detained under MHA s136 brought to one of the Trust's 136 suite, or the monthly numbers of individuals brought to one of the Trust's 136 suite and admitted following their mental health assessment?
Question (4) 'The breakdown, per s136 suite [...], of the number of individuals detained under s136 of the MHA brought to each of the Trust's s136 suites [...].' is requesting the former.
Question (5) 'The number of individuals detained under s136 of the MHA and admitted to hospital in the boroughs covered by the Trust following an MHA assessment.' is requesting the latter.
Yours sincerely,
David Mery
Dear Mr Mery
Regarding your below email, can you please provide clarification regarding
your below email as it is not clear what you are asking.
Many thanks

Dear Ms Lewis,
I'll try to explain my request for clarification differently, but if you still find it unclear it would help if you could be more specific about what it is you find unclear.
Question (4) requested the breakdown, per (a) s136 suite and (b) A&E department, of the number of individuals detained under s136 of the MHA brought to each of the Trust's (a) s136 suites and (b) A&E departments.
In the response, you answered only the (b) aspect of this question by explaining that 'No patients are detained under Section 136 are brought to the A&E departments.'
Please answer the (a) aspect of this question, i.e., provide the breakdown, per s136 suite, of the number of individuals detained under s136 of the MHA brought to each of the Trust's s136 suites.
Question (5) requests the number of individuals detained under s136 of the MHA and admitted to hospital in the boroughs covered by the Trust following an MHA assessment, while Table 2 provided in the response is captioned 'admissions to Places of Safety' so I am confused as to whether Table 2 answers question (4) or if the captions should be 'admissions to hospitals (following the MH assessment in the s136 suite)'.
Yours sincerely,
David Mery
