MFD Contract

I would be grateful if you could provide me with information regarding your current Managed Print contract under the Freedom of Information Act:
• The current supplier.
• Which Framework you are utilising.
• Size of the MFD fleet.
• Approximate number of devices (desktop and stand-alone Multi-Functional Device photocopiers).
• Current annual mono and colour volume.
• Current annual spend.
• Contract start date.
• Contract expiry date, including any extension options.
• Name of print management software that is being utilised.
• Whether the print management solution is hosted on premise, hybrid or off premise?
• If on premise, does you plan to migrate it to the Cloud and within what timeframes?
• The name and contact details of the person who is responsible for the management of the contract.
• Does the organisation have a Central Print room?
• If yes, who is the current supplier to the Print room?
• Which software is currently in use in the Print Room? For example: Job submission, redaction or Web to Print software.
• How you would look to award next time, be it direct award or out to competition.
