*This information highlighted above is considered to be Commercially
Sensitive and is refused under the exemption contained in section 43 (2)
of The Freedom of Information Act 2000.  The Council considers that
Section 43 applies as disclosure of the information would be likely to
prejudice the commercial interests both of the public authority and its
suppliers; on the grounds that if released, there would be potential for
this to impact on future tendering processes.  This would affect the
Council’s ability to do business in future. The Council considers the
public interest in maintaining the exemption under s43 in this case
outweigh the public interest in disclosure.
