Our response: The trust does not have a print room or reprographics department. Some offsite printing is carried out which is not managed by IT.

Our response: Devices on contract are on a managed contract, devices not are managed and maintained internally.

Our response: The original procurement route is unknown, as it predates existing staff in both IT and Procurement
