Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust has considered your request
and as an NHS organisation, Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust
is committed to providing best value for taxpayers’ money and the most
effective, fair and sustainable use of finite resources.  Having balanced
this principle against our duty to be open and transparent with how public
money is spent, the Trust concludes that disclosure of its financial
information you have requested, would arguably place the Trust at an
unfair advantage in future tendering processes.  If prospective suppliers
had access to this information prior to entering any future tendering
process, the Trust considers this would not ensure effective or fair spend
of public money.  Section 36 of the FOI Act provides a public organisation
with an exemption to refuse the disclosure of information if disclosure
would or would likely prejudice the effective conduct of public affairs
and therefore whilst the Trust does hold this information, this
information will not be disclosed to you.

 

The Trust does however, publish its financial accounts at the end of each
financial year and these can be found through accessing the Trust’s annual
reports.
