Section 43(2) exempts information whose disclosure would, or would be

Details of the current annual lease charge for the University’s printers,
which we pay to our supplier Annodata Ltd, are held by BGU. The
information is financial and relates to a commercial activity. Disclosure
of this pricing information into the wider public domain under FOI, would
be likely to negatively affect suppliers’ interests in a competitive
commercial environment. It would also be likely to prejudice BGU’s ability
to negotiate future agreements and ensure value for money.

After considering the public interest factors and all the circumstances of
this case, BGU deems disclosure would be likely to compromise both our own
commercial interests and those of Annodata Ltd. The public interest in
maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the
information.
