car printers and MDF’s)

Main MFD printers are leased, small desktop printers are purchased
outright with 3 year HP care pack

3. If leased/rented what is the annual lease/rent charge?

WSH - 9 Ricoh printers = £5,625.72

Haverhill House - 2 Ricoh printers = £1308.99College Heath Road – 3 Ricoh
printers = £1,875.24

4. Who are the main printer supplier(s)?

Ricoh direct for main floor plate printers, HP for desktop printers via
resellers (see 21)

5. Does the council have a support contract(s) for Printers?

Yes, Ricoh for main floor plate printers, HP carepacks for desktop
printers

6. What is the length of the printer support contract?

Ricoh printers are on a framework agreement with Suffolk County Council,
desktops are replaced if faulty at end of HP carepack support

This is a framework agreement with Suffolk County Council
