Metro System Diagrams & Gradients

I am contacting you today to obtain sime information on the Tyne & Wear Metro System

1. Is it possible to obtain the track diagrams for Metro system? ie; distance from stations, junction locations, signal loctions ect.

2. Also is it possible to obtain the gradient profile of the Metro System
