Metro Design Guide

The request was successful.

Dear Tyne and Wear Passenger Transport Executive,

Your document Making Rail Accessible, v15 (https://www.nexus.org.uk/metro/guide-met...) refers to the Metro Design Guide in section 9.

--
The signage located in areas surrounding the station, at the entrance to
the station (Metro cube) and on the stations and trains takes disability
requirements into account and is all contained within our internal Metro
Design Guide to ensure consistency and clarity of information for
passengers.
---

Please could you send a copy of this Metro Design Guide and any related guides to station / signage / train branding and design. This request relates to those in current use.

If such a guide exists, it would be good to compare the newest guide to the original version for the launch of Metro in 1980.

I have no interest in any guides between these two, so there's no need to look for these :)

Yours faithfully,

Mr Hewitt
