Dear InfoMgr, FinDMT,

Thank you for the partial information on my request for metered water costs at allotment sites. Wirral Council's allotment page lists other Council-managed sites for which you haven't sent data. Namely:
Ashton Park
Bedford Avenue
Boundary Road
Church Road
Coronation Park
Earlston
Fairview Road
King George's Way
Landican
Manor Drive
Molyneux
Mountwood
Ormonde
Shaftesbury
Shakeshaft
St James
Sumner Road
Thornton
Upton Road
Please would you send this information too.

I'd also like to clarify one point about the data you have sent. Three lines appear in the data set, as follows:
- Bridle Road Allotments, Bridle Road, £1,102.56
- Plymyard Hall Allots & Cemetery, Bridle Rd, £107.18
- Plymyard Hall Allots & Cemetery, Bridle Rd, £509.71
Please could you clarify whether this represents 1,2 or 3 allotment sites and what the metered water reading was, and whether this includes metered water for Plymyard Cemetery.

Many thanks,

Margaret

Dear Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'Metred water costs at allotment sites'.

I requested data on 18th February, and to date have only had a partial response with some apparent errors. Nearly 10 weeks have now passed, my request for clarification of the apparent errors has been ignored, much of the data is still awaited and I've had no communication to explain why this should be.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/m...

Yours faithfully,

Margaret Campbell

Good Morning

Thank you for request for an internal review of your request made under
the Freedom of Information Act.

In regard to metered water use at allotment sites not on the attached
list, either the site is unmetered or we do not have separate information
in regard to water use on individual sites.

As a new financial year has begun, the Council is able to inform you that
the total water charges for the allotments in 2013/14 was £25,337.

The data for Plymyard Hall and Allotments/Bridle Rd is one site and the
figures would include water use in the cemetery.

I hope this information is of interest to you.

Should you not be satisfied with this response to your internal review you
do also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner.
