Dear Department for Work and Pensions,
what is the proper complete procedural & legal method your Contractor A.T.O.S uses
to ensure claiments are properly informed & all documents ,medical records are available
to ensure that the Health Care Professional undertaking the W.C.Reassessment can make a informed decision?
What legal. contractual procedures does your contractor A.T.O.S. employ to ensure a
claiment is informed in good time in the proper manner to ensure the claiment time to be able to attend a face to face Work Capabilty Reassessment ?
What is the proper legal response of your contractor A.T.O.S. when a claiment informs them they are unable to attend a miss-mailed W.C.Reassessment appointment?
What reasons are acceptable to miss a W.C.Reassessment?

Yours faithfully,

Colin Lindley

Dear DWP Health Services Correspondence,
i do understand that D.W.P. have a new contractor for W.C.A.
But you did historically contract A.T.O.S. till March 2015 i think i was informed & this is the information
i request. Now A.T.O.S is not handling the W.C.A should this not make the restrictions less onerous as this has become historic. A.T.O.S & D.W.P. may no longer be contractually linked regarding these issues , but some individuals are still appealing decisions based on A.T.O.S work & therefore is still of import to the public.

Yours sincerely,

Colin Lindley
