Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

By what criteria would you refuse to deal with a claimant via phone or email and force them to contact you via postal mail?

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Department for Work and Pensions's handling of my FOI request 'Method of contat with claimants'.

Good afternoon. Thank you for your response, however I see it as only nothing other than to serve your purpose to delay an adequate response.

The benefit/services are irrelevant to the question asked.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/m...

Yours faithfully,

Max Kerley
