Merton Borough Councils current policy on bus/tram, lane/gate enforcement on Christmas Day?

The request was successful.

Dear Merton Borough Council,

I wish to know if you 'enforce' bus/tram, lanes/gates on Christmas Day, when no buses or trams (whichever is applicable) are in operation?

I am asking this same question to a number of Councils across the UK to find out what their policy is on enforcing contraventions on Christmas Day.

Yours faithfully,

David Blythen
